The Organizing Committee of the International Conference on Risks, Security and Citizenship (ICRSC) takes advantage of your visit to welcome you to this community of interest.
The International Conference on Risks, Security and Citizenship (ICRSC) takes place biennially, in Setúbal, Portugal, organized by the Setúbal Platform.
The event aims to reflect on the issue of Risks, Security and Citizenship in the context of the implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 at the local level, in line with the three pillars of the international agenda: International Strategy for Disaster Risk Reduction, Sustainable Development Objectives 2030 and the Action Plan on Climate Change.
In this way it is developed in each biennial period, a multidisciplinary thematic program, with the participation of international and national guests, with the objective of knowledge sharing and the application of methodologies to reduce the risk of disasters, as well as to safeguard the Security of Citizens and the promotion of Citizenship in the communities where they are inserted.
The ICRSC is also a space of opportunity and curriculum enrichment, where the scientific, academic, business and professional community is invited to contribute directly to the advancement of Knowledge, through the submission of articles and scientific posters, being selected for oral presentation through a Scientific Commission, the best submitted articles.
Welcome to the Conference!
